testicular swelling or pain
We have a 7 year old boy that complains sometimes of his testicle hurting,
========= sometimes they complain of vague pains! if its very short duration and only some times, and if he cant point exactly where it pains with his finger ! no worries.
we took him to the ER the first time after calling the nurse because of the risk of twisted testicle
.======== there are only 2 major things to know about: 1.testicular trauma and hemorhage and 2. testicular tortion and sever pain .first will have swelling as main feature, second has sever excruciating pain as main feature. if its painful enough, just a docs visit may be enough tyo rule out the second condition. he will get releived when lying down. the treatment is just to give rest and painless position for the testicles, which a doc will tell better.none seems likely in your case.
We got a very good Dr. who actually use to specialize in that field, he didn't find anything wrong but said if it continued to see his regular Dr.
========= good !
It went away but sometimes he still complains.
-========= unless persistant; divert his attebtion.
This is our question, he jumps ALL the time, instead of walking he jumps, instead of standing, he jumps! Could this be causing it? It is not constant, no swelling, fever etc.
========= true, all these movements can cause testiculat tortion. well, but need not be in all cases. avoid very tight fitting underwears.

dear friend
it appears that you son is suffering from a viral tonsillitis.
he vomits at breakfast suggetss that he may be having enlarged tonsils.as he is vomitting ,
and he may get dehydrated soon, its preferable to visit a doc earliest.
simultaneusly, he may require an antibiotic therapy if the fever is high or throat is red or there are any nodes in neck.
give him afequate semisolid diet or soups , porridge etc that wont be easy to vomit in such cases.maintain good hydration.
and better visit a consultant if vomitting doesnt settle.
