lower abdominal pain

 Detailed Query: my 9 years old daughter has been suffering from lower abdominal pain for almost last three years.lot of doctors have been consultaed and lots of medical tastes are done but have not got any clue regarding the the cause of her pain.she does not have the pain coniniously,it comes for 4 or 5 days and goes off after taking some pain killer medicinesad DECOLLIC tablets.
> her pain started in the middle of 2006,her first urine taste revealed everything normal but6-8/hpf pus cells and micro organism were presented a few.
> she was given some antibiotics and pain reduced.again after 3 months pain started and usg was done.USG REVEALED ITS IMPRESSION AS-\\\'mild hydronephrosis in left kidney\\\'(10.07.2006)Doctor asked for 2nd USG that revealed mild degree of pelvic dilation seen on left side-?pelvic fullness??mild PUJ obstruction.left ureter is not dilated..that time venous plasma glucose(fasting)was 75 mg/dl,,serum urea-25 mg/dl and serum creatinine was 0.6 mg/dl.a x-ray of KUB was also done that showed\\\"both the kidneys are normal in size,shape and position.no radio-opaue calculas seen in the KUB regions\\\"
> pain was coming and going,urologists were consulted and on 
> 18.05.2007 a MCUG was also doneit showd NO RADIO OPAQUE CALCULAS OR CALCIFICATION SEEN IN THE REGION OF URINARY BLADDER OR URETHRA.URINARY BLDDER IS NORMAL IN SIZE AND SHAPE.NOFILLING DEFECT IS SEEN WITHIN. MARGINS ARE SMOOTH.\\\"NO VESCO-URETERIC REFLUX IS SEEN\\\"POST VOIDING SKIGRAM SHOWS INSIGNIFICANT RESIDUAL URINE.her routine and c/s of urine test(done thrice)never shows any growth.

its very easy to get lost searching for cause of pain unless one knows the details of pain.

1. exactly what part of abdomen does pain? does the pain move from one place? in what directions?

2. what is teh character of pain? dull/burning/crampy and intermittent/continuous?
