    the condition usually get saggrevated by moisture as moisture/water promotes infection. it is likely that it contains some pus or has soem fungal infection of nails. if it is uniform all nails and infection is ruled out, it can occasionally be a type of dyskeratosis. you need to consult a dermatologist too.
